Windycitypups is the best! They were available day and night to answer our questions and properly prepare us to pick up our new baby. The process was seamless and the staff was amazing. We love our new baby. He is a sweetheart! He is definitely photogenic like his parents!

First time I've ever reserved a pet without 1st meeting it. We were very pleased and happy with Starbuck. He's a really good pup and very healthy. You can tell he was well taken care of. This little guy is only 9 weeks old and he already can learn basic commands. My experience with Windy city pups has been very positive. If I have any concerns, I can reach someone right away. Very easy to work with.
