We recently purchased a Cockapoo puppy and couldn't be happier with our experience. From the moment we made the purchase online to the moment we received her, they took care of every detail of the process. They clearly care deeply about the well-being of their puppies. The staff patiently answered all of our questions and provided us with valuable information about puppy care and nutrition. They even offered us to contact them anytime if we had any questions or concerns. I highly recommend Windy City Pups to anyone looking for a healthy, happy puppy. This was one of the best experiences I’ve had! Everyone involved was super responsive and very helpful. The whole process from purchase to pick up was about 2 weeks and it was great that we live close by to pick up in person. We are SO IN LOVE with our ‘pretty Penny’ and we highly recommend Windy City Pups!

Our Ella Belle (formerly Dream) is so amazing. WCP owners were so responsive and knowledgeable and made the whole process easy. They even keep in touch to see how she is doing. I could ask for a better addition to our family, or companion to our kiddos ( ages 8 and 4 years old). I recommend everyone I know wanting a dog to WCP. My sister’s family also just got a puppy through them. Thank you WCP!
