You can tell they truly don’t care about the sale, they care about the families their puppies go home with. They’re genuine, down to earth people and overall just amazing to work with. I’ll definitely be recommending them and keeping in touch!!

We got our Cavapoo from Windy City Pups and it has been a great experience. We literally just got home and she is taking a nap now😊Joe and Carrie are very professional, knowledgeable and kind. We researched a lot of places to get our first puppy and decided to go with them and we are so glad we did. Our puppy looks healthy and happy. We look forward to many years with our angel pup! Carrie and Joe at Windy City Pups were fantastic to work with! They gained our trust by not prioritizing trying to sell us a puppy but instead worked to answer the many questions we had. You could tell they wanted us to be well informed and feel comfortable in making a decision to buy the puppy. They walked us through every detail about the puppy, its parents, the breeder, and vet care. Carrie and Joe provided links, photos, and health information about the puppy’s parents. They work together as a team, making themselves both available to you at the same time and didn’t rush us at pickup. During pickup they made us comfortable by not rushing us and sending us on our way. Instead, they invited us in, gave thoughtful tips and up-to-date paperwork. My family found them to be attentive and genuinely caring—if you’re looking for a puppy, you won’t find a better experience!

We had a fantastic experience with Windy City pups! The have really perfected doing this the best way for both the pups and the families. Our Brookie girl is already a treasured member of the family on day 2. After my girls lost their dad just a few months ago our hearts were broken. Getting this dog from windy city to infuse some much needed love back into our little family was the best decision I've made. And the way they accommodated me to help with my difficult schedule as a newly single mom, even though they were super busy, was simply top notch humanity and grace. Thank you Windy City pups!

I had been looking for a breeder that had Maltipoos. In May, I saw Baby Groot (Now named Kash) on the Windy City Pups website and fell in love. I was able to talk to Joe and Carrie via FaceTime and was able to see the pup. I had been scammed before so I was really cautious but after talking to them they were able to reassure me that they were legit! The purchase process was easily done online and pickup went just as well. They gave me useful information and were able to answer all of my questions. Now it is 4 months later and he is the best puppy ever! Thanks Joe and Carrie! P.S. They potty training tips worked great!

I was looking for a diva dog and I got just that! Everything was so easy and sufficient from picking her out to pick up! 10/10 <3
