We got our mini Bernedoodle, Snookie (Dora), from Windy City Pup this past August and had a great experience. They were super communicative and easy to work with the whole time. When we came to pick her up, they walked us through everything we needed to know and gave us really helpful tips for those first few weeks at home. Their space is super cute & VERY clean. You can tell they truly care about these pups. Would definitely recommend & hope to be back for a friend for our snooks soon!!

Joe and his wife were great !! They made everything so easy , we picked Milo up they sat and gave us great advice for the new pup they’re legit I promise haha

We picked up our multipoo a couple of days ago and we are already completely in love with her. From start to finish, it was a pleasure working with Joe and Carrie. They were communicative, supportive, and clearly care deeply about their puppies. When we finally met face-to-face, I felt even more comfortable and confident in our decision to go with Windy City Pups. It was such a positive experience, and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a wonderful puppy!

Great experience from start to finish! They kept me informed about everything and gave me all the necessary information for my Bernedoodle. You can tell they truly don’t care about the sale, they care about the families their puppies go home with. They’re genuine, down to earth people and overall just amazing to work with. We got our Cavapoo from Windy City Pups and it has been a great experience. We literally just got home and she is taking a nap now😊Joe and Carrie are very professional, knowledgeable and kind. We researched a lot of places to get our first puppy and decided to go with them and we are so glad we did. Our puppy looks healthy and happy. We look forward to many years with our angel pup! Wow, what a great experience. My lil pup Maizy was so well adapted on day one 11/7/25. Quiet drive home and good night sleep from beginning. I would highly recommend to anyone wanting a well cared for pup. It had been many years since I had a puppy, but Carrie and Joe provided me with plenty of support and follow up. They really care about the pups and their new owners.

I am so grateful that I found Windy City pups! From my first interaction with Joe and Carrie all the way to reservation day each experience was better than the last.
