Windy City Pups for the win! These people really take great care of their pups before sending them off to their forever homes! When purchasing our sweet girl Lola (mini husky doodle) communication was great, they made sure to inform me of all the necessary items needed to care for our pup since we’ve never had a dog before we were quite clueless. They offered tips and tricks for potty training that were very helpful and WORKED! If ever I’ve had any questions they have been quick to respond and are very helpful and informative. When taking my pup Lola to her 1st vet visit the Veterinarian actually commented on how great they were and how awesome it was that our pup was taken such good care of before we got her, including her deworming already, up to date on vaccinations, and flea and tick prevention! He was quite impressed actually. We’ve had our Lola for about 3 months now and I’m happy to say she’s thriving and happy and is a great addition to our family! I highly recommend Windy City Pups!

Windy City Pups was a great experience. Recently picked up my little man who is a Cavapoo. He is such a handsome little guy and very healthy. His name was Tyson but I renamed him Pikachu. I have reached out for recommendations for certain products and general questions and they were also fast to respond and helpful. Will most likely be coming back soon for a brother or sister for Pikachu.

We had such a great experience with Windy City Pups. From the moment we drove up to the property, we felt comfortable getting our puppy, Archie. Joe and Carrie were so pleasant and sat with us (they have a clean, professional setup in their basement) for a good half hour, answering our questions and giving us advice on how to care for our puppy. Joe even told us to text him anytime, with questions, even if it’s 3:00am. We texted him at 11:00pm and he got right back to us! I highly recommend getting your puppy through Windy City Pups! They are wonderful people!

I’ll always be grateful to this company for giving me my life long best friend/ companion. It was a seamless process from start to finish and the girls I met when picking up Eartho were so sweet and helpful!!! We just brought home our new puppy from this amazing breeder, and we couldn’t be happier with the whole experience! From the moment we reserved our pup, they were incredibly kind, helpful, and responsive. They answered all of our questions with so much patience and sent us regular updates, including the sweetest photos and videos, which really helped us feel connected before pickup. When we arrived to bring our puppy home, they took the time to walk us through everything we needed to know, from what to expect in the first few weeks to helpful tips for making the transition smoother. One especially thoughtful gesture that meant so much to us was the blanket they gave us with our puppy’s mom’s scent. It was such a sweet and comforting touch. The entire process was smooth, caring, and professional. If you’re considering getting a puppy, we absolutely recommend them. They truly care about their dogs and the families they go to. Truly the best!

The entire process was incredibly organized, and they made sure we had all the information we needed before bringing our puppy home. Every question and concern we had was addressed with patience and care, and their communication throughout was top-notch. We never felt rushed or unsure—they made us feel completely comfortable and confident by the time we left. You can tell they genuinely care about the puppies and the families. Highly recommend!

The best pet buying experience I’ve ever had. Windy City Pups is the real deal. Super communicative, answered all of my questions. When we went to pick up our Bernedoodle they met us at the door, gave us all the instructions we needed, and their facility was immaculate. Super clean. Our puppy was healthy, happy, and they were just a joy to do business with. Highly recommend!!!

Great to work with, great puppy!

Windy city puppies has a large selection of beautiful puppies so many breeds to choose from. They are responsive and they provided me with a lot of information. I ended up choosing two dogs I really liked however I wasn't able to commit at this time. I did forfeit my $400 deposit however I can use it in the future if I'm ready to get another dog.

Luna just had her 1st birthday on St Patrick’s day. I could not be happy with her and Windy City Puppies. I got her at about 10 weeks old. She was socialized and had the sweetest temperament. We have worked with her and trained her. She learned quickly and is a pleaser. She is great with my 1 year old and 3 year old grandsons too. They absolutely love her and she loves them.

Our ride to get our new puppy from the city was 1.30 min. We were already having a great experience by entering Joe and his gf home ( or wife ) . We were super excited we got there 30 min early but there was a family before us so we waited anxiously . They were very helpful either way our new dog and they kept up with us via text to see how he was doing . If we end up getting another dog you know where we are going . It was worth the drive ! Thanks again guys and the home was very welcoming too.

We had the most wonderful experience working with Windy City! From beginning to pick up, they were there answering our questions! Our sweet Mickey is now 3 months old and has charmed everyone he meets. It was obvious that he was well cared for and socialized so well. If anyone is searching for a new puppy to love…you have found the right place.

We had an A+ experience with Windy City. We got ourselves a healthy, happy, and well-adjusted Cavapoo, who has been everything we could have hoped for. The owners of WCP have shown top-tier professionalism and care, have a clean and welcoming home and operation, and have been thoughtful and attentive throughout the entire process. I imagine they've gone through the same motions countless times, but it was still clear they have a genuine care for their animals, the process, and new owners. My highest marks go to WCP. Thank you!
