Seamless! Could not have gone any better!

Excellent! Windy City Pups is so easy to work with. Buying a puppy can be nerve wracking, but they answered every question and were always a text or phone call away. I really appreciated their transparency and honesty. Puppy pickup was stress free and fun! Windy City Pups gives you detailed information which makes the transition for your new pup easy and worry free. I highly recommend!

I have loved my experience with Windy City pups! I had been wanting to reserve a dog for a few months before I got Cici. I was so scared of being scammed. I called them and they cleared all my doubts and they also explained very useful information about scammers and real breeders. They have been so helpful, anytime I have a question or concern with my puppy. I call them at any time and they are always happy to help us. I recommend this to anyone who is looking to reserve a puppy but mostly to first-time puppy owners.

Windy City Pups was incredible with the reservation process and all of my pre and post reservation questions, and thanks to them I was well prepared for my puppy to have everything she could want and need! We had an awesome experience with Windy City Pups. They are readily available for any questions, and both my puppies were healthy and perfect with no issues at all.

This was the easiest experience. This is my first time buying a puppy and they helped me tremendously. They are the sweetest people ever and they really do care about the puppies. I highly suggest getting your puppy from here!

Windy City pups was amazing to work with, which was a breath of fresh air. They were honest and up front about everything and very accommodating at pick up.

Windy City has been so helpful, supportive and caring. They answered all our questions before we reserved Millie and really prepared us for bringing home our new puppy. They followed up with us after we brought Millie home and guided us through some minor challenges. I would highly recommend Windy City as a breeder.

We drove 2 hours to Windy City Pups to pick up Lacy, the drive was enjoyable, Kerry was so informative, and so nice. All around a wonderful place to reserve a pet!
