Bringing home a havanese Napoleon back in June was the best choice we have made. Few months ago, we lost our three angel shiz tzu in almost the same month, had them for 16years. it was heart broken. We waited for a couple of months and been checking and trying to find new puppies. There are so many puppies scams pages on social medias and Facebook we almost felt for it. Until we found Windy City puppies, they have such an amazing puppy breeds, when we heard “havanese puppy” it was so new to us like we never heard of it before. Napoleon or we called him Na mo was so energetic and smart little boy. He was so playful and loved learning new things. Eventually he started learning agility training and more to come. Thank for Windy City puppy Joe and his wife! We definitely will come to get the second puppy from you soon, thank you! 😊

Joe and Carrie were so informative of what my new puppy would need moving forward, food, crate training, etc. and answered any questions I had along the way with the reservation process. Windy City Pups for the win! These people really take great care of their pups before sending them off to their forever homes! When purchasing our sweet girl Lola (mini husky doodle) communication was great, they made sure to inform me of all the necessary items needed to care for our pup since we’ve never had a dog before we were quite clueless. They offered tips and tricks for potty training that were very helpful and WORKED! If ever I’ve had any questions they have been quick to respond and are very helpful and informative. When taking my pup Lola to her 1st vet visit the Veterinarian actually commented on how great they were and how awesome it was that our pup was taken such good care of before we got her, including her deworming already, up to date on vaccinations, and flea and tick prevention! He was quite impressed actually. We’ve had our Lola for about 3 months now and I’m happy to say she’s thriving and happy and is a great addition to our family! I highly recommend Windy City Pups!

Windy City Pups was a great experience. Recently picked up my little man who is a Cavapoo. He is such a handsome little guy and very healthy. His name was Tyson but I renamed him Pikachu. I have reached out for recommendations for certain products and general questions and they were also fast to respond and helpful. Will most likely be coming back soon for a brother or sister for Pikachu.

We had such a great experience with Windy City Pups. From the moment we drove up to the property, we felt comfortable getting our puppy, Archie. Joe and Carrie were so pleasant and sat with us (they have a clean, professional setup in their basement) for a good half hour, answering our questions and giving us advice on how to care for our puppy. Joe even told us to text him anytime, with questions, even if it’s 3:00am. We texted him at 11:00pm and he got right back to us! I highly recommend getting your puppy through Windy City Pups! They are wonderful people!
