We want to sincerely thank Joe and Carrie at Windy City Pups for the absolutely wonderful experience of reserving our new puppy Hemsworth. From the very beginning, they were patient and thorough in answering all of our questions, making sure we felt comfortable and confident throughout the process. They even took the time to guide us in selecting the right puppy, since we needed a hypoallergenic small breed. When the big day finally arrived, we were so impressed with how clean, inviting, and well‑kept their space was. It’s clear that Joe and Carrie genuinely care about the puppies in their care—the environment was both professional and full of warmth and fun. What stood out most to me is how committed they are to ensuring each pup has a smooth transition into their new home. After bringing our sweet Hemsworth home (fka Oatly), we had a quick question, and they responded immediately. Even more, they checked in the next few days to see how he was settling in, which meant so much to us. That kind of follow‑up shows the heart they put into every reservation. We are beyond happy with our experience and new puppy. We would wholeheartedly recommend Windy City Pups to anyone looking for not just a pet, but also a supportive, caring experience in bringing a new furry family member home.

Carrie and Joe at Windy City Pups were fantastic to work with! They gained our trust by not prioritizing trying to sell us a puppy but instead worked to answer the many questions we had. You could tell they wanted us to be well informed and feel comfortable in making a decision to buy the puppy. They walked us through every detail about the puppy, its parents, the breeder, and vet care. Carrie and Joe provided links, photos, and health information about the puppy’s parents. They work together as a team, making themselves both available to you at the same time and didn’t rush us at pickup. During pickup they made us comfortable by not rushing us and sending us on our way. Instead, they invited us in, gave thoughtful tips and up-to-date paperwork. My family found them to be attentive and genuinely caring—if you’re looking for a puppy, you won’t find a better experience!

We had a fantastic experience with Windy City pups! The have really perfected doing this the best way for both the pups and the families. Our Brookie girl is already a treasured member of the family on day 2. After my girls lost their dad just a few months ago our hearts were broken. Getting this dog from windy city to infuse some much needed love back into our little family was the best decision I've made. And the way they accommodated me to help with my difficult schedule as a newly single mom, even though they were super busy, was simply top notch humanity and grace. Thank you Windy City pups!

I had been looking for a breeder that had Maltipoos. In May, I saw Baby Groot (Now named Kash) on the Windy City Pups website and fell in love. I was able to talk to Joe and Carrie via FaceTime and was able to see the pup. I had been scammed before so I was really cautious but after talking to them they were able to reassure me that they were legit! The purchase process was easily done online and pickup went just as well. They gave me useful information and were able to answer all of my questions. Now it is 4 months later and he is the best puppy ever! Thanks Joe and Carrie! P.S. They potty training tips worked great!

Bringing home a havanese Napoleon back in June was the best choice we have made. Few months ago, we lost our three angel shiz tzu in almost the same month, had them for 16years. it was heart broken. We waited for a couple of months and been checking and trying to find new puppies. There are so many puppies scams pages on social medias and Facebook we almost felt for it. Until we found Windy City puppies, they have such an amazing puppy breeds, when we heard “havanese puppy” it was so new to us like we never heard of it before. Napoleon or we called him Na mo was so energetic and smart little boy. He was so playful and loved learning new things. Eventually he started learning agility training and more to come. Thank for Windy City puppy Joe and his wife! We definitely will come to get the second puppy from you soon, thank you! 😊

My wife and I got our puppy from Windy City Pups back In June and we love our little buddy!!! They have taken great care of him before we picked him up!!! They have answered our questions and helped us through so much!!!! Our puppy Jrue is a handful but we love him! I suggest getting puppies from Windy City Pups!!! They are the best!!!!
