Great experience! They followed up with calls to check in and make sure all was well. It had been years since I had a puppy so the follow ups were great. 9 months into this I must say they gave my wife and I one of the greatest joys life can give. I wound up with anaussiechon. Great breed and we love him so much. There definitely Great people to deal with.

These guys are Great! Large selection of puppies. The puppies are in great health. The facility for the puppies is really nice. They seem to be very caring about the dogs needs above everything else. All places should be like this. This is the only place my friends and family trust when it is time for a new addition to our family.

We just bought a Yorkie puppy from Windy City Pups and the experience was smoother than ever imagined. All puppies are available to view online, and you can choose to purchase your dog directly online. There are several options for pick up including the puppy being delivered to your home which was a HUGE deal being a city dweller with no car. Carrie was communicative throughout the day of delivery, she had important info for us about the puppy when arriving and even checked in that evening and the day after via text to hear how everything was going. She even said she loves to receive updates of the dogs along the way. We are in love with our pup Roxy and are so appreciative Windy City Pups made the experience so easy.

Great place and great people to work with. I’m usually skeptical, but they quickly removed all my worry. They are very responsive to questions, and provide thorough info and a starter pack to make for an easy start. Our Poochon puppy was healthy and happy from the start and continues to be so. I highly recommend Windy City Pups!
