Windy City Pups has been an absolutely incredible experience. As a dog owner my whole life and acquired dogs from a variety of places, I will never use a different place again. Professional, timely, clean, knowledgable, warm and welcoming. You can tell they are well operated and truly love and care about the dogs. My pup is perfect and perfect for me. I am so grateful for the time they spent one on one going through details and being thorough. I am supremely impressed. Highly recommend.

We had the best experience reserving our new puppy from Windy City Pups! They thought of everything, especially the easily overlooked things. It was convenient that answers are just a text away. They take pride in their work and offer a wealth of knowledge. When picking up our new puppy we were never rushed, encouraged to ask questions, and the place of pickup was organized and clean!
