We had a great experience with WCP. They were quickly responsive prior to us meeting our pup, and when we did, they were very kind and helpful. We sat down with them to go through all the important things we needed to know thoroughly and they answered any questions we had. They assured us if we had any questions or concerns after taking her home to not hesitate to reach out. Luckily everything is going so well! We love our Willa girl and she is such a good smart girl already.

They look well-socialized, healthy, and full of personality. You can tell there’s real attention put into their care and early development. Every interaction feels like you’re seeing happy, playful dogs that are being raised with a lot of care and responsibility, which makes the whole experience even better. Service & Experience The staff is friendly, patient, and clearly knows a lot about the puppies they’re working with. They’re helpful when answering questions and make the whole process feel comfortable instead of overwhelming. We had the best experience reserving our new puppy from Windy City Pups! They thought of everything, especially the easily overlooked things. It was convenient that answers are just a text away. They take pride in their work and offer a wealth of knowledge. When picking up our new puppy we were never rushed, encouraged to ask questions, and the place of pickup was organized and clean!
