Our experience with Windy City Pups was fantastic. They were super helpful from beginning to end and made us feel right at home throughout the entire process. Charlotte has been an amazing addition to our family and we have WCP to thank for that!

Our experience with Windy City Pups was truly excellent from start to finish. While we were searching for the right puppy, they patiently answered all of our questions and made the process so easy and reassuring. Once we chose Poppi, they stayed in close contact and were available every step of the way until pickup. During the few days Poppi stayed with them, it was clear she was loved and well cared for. Even now, nine months later, they’ve continued to check in and even wished Poppi a happy first birthday — which meant so much to us. We would highly recommend Windy City Pups to anyone looking for their perfect pup.

The experience with Windy city was great BUT more importantly JO has been the BEST puppy ever. She is laid back and calm - but not too much ! Her disposition is just so sweet and goofy. Jo is easily trained and I’m not even gonna talk about how cute she is!!! We love her so much!!

Joe and Carrie from Windy City Pups made our experience buying Sophie very easy. I had many questions at first and Joe put me at ease that WCP is a legitimate business. I made requests for photos and videos while we were waiting to pick. her up and always got them same day. Sophie is healthy, transitioned well, and has stolen our hearts!

Experience with Carrie and Joe was second to none. Answered all questions and concerns during the process and were wonderful when meeting to pick up our pup. Even followed up a year later to check in on how everyone was doing. Truely amazing and will buy with them again. Highly recommend.

Our experience with Windy City Pups was phenomenal from start to finish. I loved all the details and resources that they provided when we were taking Heidi home. We were first time puppy owners so made us feel more confident and helped so much in those early weeks. We also appreciated that they checked in with us, and answered any questions/concerns that we had. Heidi is such a wonderful dog and we love having her in our family!
