The entire experience from the moment we found her was so incredibly easy and convenient! We were able to have the flexibility to have her delivered to our home at a date that worked perfectly! Roger was also very kind and a great communicator. We really are so pleased we chose Windy City Pups.

The entire experience was awesome and Roger is one in a million! The puppies are clean healthy and happy. Even after we picked up our puppy, the service didn't end. I really appreciated their transparency and honesty. Puppy pickup was stress free and fun! I have loved my experience with Windy City pups! I had been wanting to adopt a dog for a few months before I got Cici. I was so scared of being scammed. I called them and they cleared all my doubts and they also explained very useful information about scammers and real breeders. They have been so helpful, anytime I have a question or concern with my puppy. I call them at any time and they are always happy to help us. I recommend this to anyone who is looking to adopt a puppy but mostly to first-time puppy owners.
