Great to work with, super helpful along the way as it was our first puppy. Professional, all the paper work is in line, they even follow up to ensure everything is going well. Heck, they even reminded me today it was my pups bday!

We first learned of Windy City Pups on one of our many trips to Chicago. Our daughter was in a clinical trial over a three year period and I thought it might be nice for her to have a small dog for emotional support. She was absolutely sold on the idea so we began the search. The puppies are a bit expensive but the teams efforts are top notch from the breeder's, reservation team to the vet care. This was my first experience reserving a puppy and any confusion on my end was met with patience and support. They team even brought the puppy to the airport and we were able to take her to an appointment with her clinical trial team. Everyone loved her and she was the best on our 4 hour flight home.

We purchased a cavapoo and picked him up on December 24. Windy City pups were there for us to answer all questions and made sure we had a healthy pup. Super pleased and would highly recommend.

You always take a leap of faith when buying a puppy. We felt comfortable with Windy City pups, the communication throughout the process from selection to pick up was seamless. We appreciate this so much and needless to say our puppy is the best addition to our family.

Our Mini-Bernedoddle Maui just turned 1 year old today. She is so smart and athletic. Our veterinarian always comments about how healthy she is during her appointments. We are very happy that we purchased our puppy through Windy City Pups. I would definitely purchase another puppy from them in the future.

Can’t speak highly enough about this company & its owners Roger and Carrie. It was so easy to get the reservation and payment set up, and the delivery service and extra days of boarding were life savers! Roger and Carrie took great care of my Pup right up to his delivery, and have been incredibly helpful with any and all questions after his delivery. Also, this pup couldn’t be more of a good boy if he tried - he was quick to pick up on patch training, and has been perfectly healthy with his eating and drinking from the moment he came home. This is an amazing company with excellent service & care for their puppies, and I could not recommend a better way to get a puppy! Thank you guys for everything!

We got Otis over a year ago and he’s perfect in every way. He’s brought an overwhelming amount of joy to our family. We take him everywhere we go even on the plane. He’s an angel from heaven!!!! Definitely would recommend

10 stars! A++! We cannot say enough wonderful things about Windy City, our experience and, most of all, our pup. We reserved Hollie in July of 2023 and she has brought us so much joy! The experience with Windy City was unlike any other in the best way possible. I cannot say a bad word about them and Roger and Carrie are a dream and their passion for their animals shows through. They are accessible 24/7, beyond helpful and prepare you as best they can. The process of reserving/reserving was super simple, the photos and information they provide was readily accessible, they provided updates whenever asked up through when we could pick her up and we made a drive out to the farm to meet her as well at which time we fell instantly in love. The following day Roger delivered our babe and stayed for almost an hour ensuring we were fully prepared and answered any/all questions before leaving us with our newest family member. I will never consider another company to get a puppy. Thank you so much, Windy City Pups - we look forward to many happy and healthy years with our babe! We are forever grateful to you all.
