The entire experience was awesome and Roger is one in a million! The puppies are clean healthy and happy. Even after we picked up our puppy, the service didn't end. Going to Windy City Pups was amazing. Samson when we got him had no worms because they do the two deworming before hand. They also make getting your first puppy an enjoyable experience by giving you time to see them when you pick them up. Then send you home with everything that you will need at fist. My puppy's temperament is amazing, he loves to cuddle, and is super friendly. When I hear that someone is looking for a dog I recommend them to windy city pups. I cannot imagine my life without my dog. He is so smart and understands so much.

I cannot say enough good things about Carrie and Roger. They are a dynamic duo who exude kindness and patience in every communication I have had with them! I got my little HavaNoodle last week and he is perfect and beautiful and certified healthy in all respects by my own veterinarian ❤️. I changed my mind on which puppy I wanted at least three times and they were quick to understand and respond and their accounting was spot on! In a space where emotions are so close to the surface, their compassion and trust were truly appreciated 🥰

We got our puppy from Windy City Pups. She was well taken care off. The puppy was healthy and happy, fully vaccinated and dewormed. Yesterday she turned one and they remembered to send us a congratulations. And I forgot to say, I am a vegetarian, so not that easy to please when it comes to dogs. They met all my requirements for good practices. Thank you
