I cannot say enough good things about Carrie and Roger. They are a dynamic duo who exude kindness and patience in every communication I have had with them! I got my little HavaNoodle last week and he is perfect and beautiful and certified healthy in all respects by my own veterinarian ❤️. I changed my mind on which puppy I wanted at least three times and they were quick to understand and respond and their accounting was spot on! In a space where emotions are so close to the surface, their compassion and trust were truly appreciated 🥰

There isn't anything bad to say. Found my Yorkiepoo at this fantastic place of business! We were provided with starter food and feeding instructions among other things. Windy City Pups is the place to go if you are looking for a new furry family member!

We got our puppy from Windy City Pups. She was well taken care off. The puppy was healthy and happy, fully vaccinated and dewormed. Yesterday she turned one and they remembered to send us a congratulations. And I forgot to say, I am a vegetarian, so not that easy to please when it comes to dogs. They met all my requirements for good practices. Thank you

The team at Windy City Pups have been amazing! They are super fast to respond to any of my questions, and I had many! I had been duped by a breeder in the past, so, pretty wary. I can tell y’all 100% that Roger and the team at Windy City are completely devoted to the puppies and our families ! We came home with Jessie our new little one just 3 days ago, Jessie is so healthy , very well adjusted and super social. Roger sent Big bag of food, also the baby food, which is a great idea BTW, health records, a little blanket which she sleeps with! Communication is excellent, I’ve already phoned Roger with some” oh, 1 more thing “silly questions. Good Luck in your quest, I completely recommend Windy City Pups !
